Client Overview

The client is a uniform manufacturer that deals in a wide range of uniforms including construction site uniforms, factory uniforms, school uniforms, hospital uniforms, and more. They sell their products across all states in the USA and some parts of Canada. They have teamed up with hundreds of retailers in the states they offer their uniforms.

Challenges Involved

Being a decades-old business, the client had a long list of products to be uploaded to the e-commerce store. Also, each product photo needed professional retouching. ALso, they wanted us to write product descriptions as per the raw information provided by them. The biggest challenge was to accomplish the project within a very short span of time as the client needed it to be done on an urgent basis.

Solutions Provided

To ensure timely delivery, we build three teams of copywriters, image editors, and data entry professionals. These teams worked simultaneously for the timely delivery of the project. The quality control team prepared a checklist for ensuring flawless delivery of product listing. The project manager was in regular touch with the client for communicating instructions, queries, and feedback.
