Refund Policy

We strive to provide absolute client satisfaction but in case you want to discontinue a project outsourced to us, we will refund the money as per the policy. Before initiating a refund, we will carry out an investigation to make sure the reasons you quote are genuine.

How to Cancel a Project?

For cancelation, you need to contact us via email or the “Contact Us” page on our website. Make sure you make a request at least 10 business days before the expiry of the current service period or the cancelation will be applicable to the next service period.

Refund Process

All refunds will be made within 20 days of placing the request and the amount will be transferred to the original mode of payment (credit card, bank account, etc.) via which the services were purchased.
